If you’ve ever wanted to deck the halls with the dingos, fa-la-la with the flamingos, and jingle your bells with the jaguars, WildLights at Woodland Park Zoo is the holiday outing for you! Presented by Sound Credit Union, WildLights brings the sparkle to the Pacific Northwest each December, along with a whole lot of wild holiday spirit!
Lighting up each evening now through January 5th from 5:30-8:30pm, guests can follow the lighted trail, enjoying festive light displays throughout the zoo made from more than 70,000 energy-efficient LED lights!
Kids and adults alike will love the Snowmazium where you can build a snow creature, hear a winter story and take part in a spirited snowball fight (don’t worry the snowballs are cotton). While many of the zoo animals will be nestled snug in their beds (with visions of sugarplums dancing through their heads)- some indoor animal encounters will be available. Check the calendar online for additional encounters Friday through Sunday.
Need a break from the cold? Thaw out at the Winter Warm-up where guests 21 and older can enjoy beer, mulled wine and spiced cider gathered around the fire. Kids can cozy-up with zoo favorites like fresh, hot donuts and hot chocolate! End the evening with a spin on the beloved carousel- and a walk through the ZooStore for unique and nature-inspired holiday themed gifts!
